Studio Forte Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Studio Forte, we value your time and are committed to providing each guest with a dedicated, uninterrupted experience. To ensure availability for all clients and to respect our stylists’ time, we kindly ask that you review our scheduling policies below.
Card on File Requirement
All appointments must be secured with a valid card on file. By booking, you authorize Studio Forte to charge applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy.

Cancellations &" NO SHOW"
ATTENTION:
Appointment Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of 50–100% of the scheduled service, depending on timing and service type.

Deposits for late cancellations are non-refundable and will be applied accordingly.
No-Show Policy
A “no-show” is defined as any client who misses their appointment without notice or cancels too late for the time to be filled.

No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service or result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Client Courtesy & Grace
As a courtesy, one grace occurrence may be extended per client. Any missed or late-canceled appointments thereafter will be subject to full policy enforcement.
Repeat Missed Appointments
To maintain scheduling integrity:

1st occurrence: Fee applied

2nd occurrence: Prepayment required for all future bookings

3rd occurrence: Booking privileges may be limited or revoked
