Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows may result in a charge or forfeiture of deposit.

Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure select appointments and advanced services. Remaining balances are due at the time of service. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Late Policy

Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may be subject to a 25% late fee and may need to reschedule or modify services based on time availability.

Right to Refuse Service

Studio Forte Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to: unsafe behavior, unsanitary conditions, non-compliance with treatment plans, or disrespect toward staff.

Children & Guests

For safety, only clients receiving services are permitted in treatment areas unless otherwise approved.
